Returns & Exchanges

Due to the delicate nature of our formal wear, returns are accepted on unworn items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Special order gowns may be subject to a restocking fee.

Return Process

• 1.
  Request Authorization

  Log into your account and submit a return request to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original packaging with all tags, hangers, and garment bags included.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and attach it to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once received, our team will inspect the garment. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
